We are Girl Effect, and we run WAZZII. We are a charity, and we work to empower girls like you. Our address and other information are at the bottom of these rules.

Please make sure you read and follow these rules. They aren’t the kind of rules to stop you from having fun - they are here to make sure everyone is safe and using WAZZII the right way!

THE RULES:

1. We may make changes to these rules from time to time. Please ensure you know the most recent version by checking back here. We may also change WAZZII, including temporarily shutting it down, to improve your experience. We will do our best to notify you in advance, but this may not always be possible.
2. WAZZII is intended for people between the ages of 15 – 24. If you are under the age of 15, please do not use WAZZII, as it will not be appropriate for you. If you are under the age of 18, please make sure you check with a parent or guardian first before using WAZZII.
3. When you use WAZZII, we will collect personal information from you. Please read our Privacy Policy to find out more.
4. There may be information about health available on WAZZII. This information is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your health, please see a doctor or other healthcare professional.
5. There may be links to other websites and organizations on WAZZII. These rules will not apply to those websites, and you should check the rules on each website when you access them, as we cannot be responsible for other organizations.
6. We may ask your opinion in surveys. Please only participate if you want to. These surveys are not required. We do this in order to better understand how you use the chatbot and website and to provide more useful content to you (and other users of WAZZII). We may share the results with others, but this will never include your personal information unless we have expressly told you otherwise.
7. We try our best to make sure WAZZII is safe to use, but we cannot guarantee that it is free from any computer viruses or destructive code. We will not be responsible for any damage to your mobile that may result from using WAZZII.
8. We want to keep WAZZII safe and available for all users. To help us, please do not try to hack WAZZII, infect the platform with a virus or do anything else which may damage WAZZII.
9. The name "WAZZII", our great logo and the design of the platform is owned by Girl Effect. Please ask our permission before using any of these for any reason (other than using WAZZII).
10. WAZZII is intended for your personal use only. If you are a business, please do not use WAZZII, as the content is not intended for you and you do not have the right to use this information.
11. If at any time you break any of these rules, we may (among other actions) stop you from using WAZZII in the future.
